How to Make No-Sugar Fizzy Drinks for Kids & Reduce Sugar Intake (Goodbye, Soda!) by Rihanna Mistry

Do you know that one Coke contains approximately 9 teaspoons of sugar? Would you put 9 teaspoons of sugar in your tea?? Too much, right? So why would we let our kids have it?

My top tip to allow kids to have fizzy drinks with zero sugar is to add soda water to no-sugar fruit juice and you get fizzy drinks. Best part is that you can get all sorts of flavors. Orange juice, blackcurrant juice, elderberry juice, etc. Try it and let me know what you think!
